수십번을 꺼고 켰는데도 업데이트가 안됨. 실행버튼의 느낌표 ! 가 자꾸 눈에 거슬리기도 하고.중요하다고 계속 나오니. 참.

I had this problem. I went to uninstall/change a program and clicked on repair for Microsoft.NET Framework 4 Client Profile . After the repair finished, the update installed. Try this before uninstalling anything.

해당 사이트에 답변 올려진데로. 닷넷 프레임 워크를 복구를 해본후 다시 업데이트 실행.

업데이트 성공.
비록 나만 겪는 문제는 아니였을텐데요. 국내 사이트에서는 정리해서 올려둔 글이 검색이 안되서 올립니다.
